Terms and Conditions — CopenHill A/S

1. Booking and payment

• All activities (ski/snowboard instruction, tobogganing, treasure hunting) must be booked via Under Story or CopenHill's official booking platform.

• Payment is made when booking by credit card or other approved payment methods.

• The booking is confirmed only after payment has been made and the participant receives a confirmation email with QR code or voucher.

2. Cancellation and changes

• Cancellation of the ski and snowboard instructor can be cancelled or changed no later than 48 hours before the start of the activity.

• Luge and treasure hunts can be cancelled or changed no later than 48 hours before the start of the activity.

**3. Shutdown due to ARC

• CopenHill may temporarily shut down operations if unforeseen downtime occurs in the energy facility (ARC).

• In case of closure, we try to notify you as early as possible.

• No refunds will be given for closures outside CopenHill's control, but we will help move booking to another day if possible.

4. Age and Participation

• Children under the age of 12 must always have an adult with them during the activities.

• Ski and snowboard instruction adaptable to level and age.

5. Responsibility and Security

• Participants must follow instructions from our staff and adhere to safety rules.

• CopenHill does not accept liability for damages resulting from non-compliance with safety rules or its own negligence.

6. Delay and attendance

• Participants must show up on time. In case of late arrival, booking may be reduced in time or lapsed without refund.

7. Personal data

• Information provided at the time of booking is used only for the administration of activities and payment processing. See our privacy policy for details.
